The rear has a large font STEREO in capitals followed by smaller capital letters SKL 4786. The Clarifoil logo is in bold, under which, in italics, is written Printed in England by Robert Stace.

The unboxed grooved labels are 1st generation (all subsequent labels had various typo changes). They bear the following: Copyright box: BIEM to the left of NCB. Publishing year: On the right side of the label. Side number: On the right side of the label. Mick Keith Charlie Brian & Bill text in larger letters than all subsequent versions.

The white poly-lined inner sleeve has no Decca text, but the Patent number 800513 is the same as on most of the other Decca bags. The estimated time of use on Decca LP’s of this bag was 1966 – 1969.
